Dear Valued Clients,
As we navigate through this difficult time, we want to reassure you that our office remains committed to providing you with the payroll, bookkeeping and tax preparation services you have always received from us. Social Distancing rules may keep us 6 feet apart in person, but now is the time to come together and support each other with love and kindness.
Currently, our office remains open as an “Essential function”. Although in-person meetings are still available for healthy, non-risk clients, we are also offering phone or virtual meetings. We strongly encourage you to submit your documents to us electronically. You may also submit documents via mail, email, fax or secure web portal. We have a drop-box available in our office for those clients who need to personally deliver their documents, but we ask that you only use this option if you are healthy. We will be taking additional precautions with all drop-offs.
Effective Friday, March 20th, we are reducing our office’s tax season hours. We will be open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and closed on Saturday.
We understand that many people are confused or frustrated with the fast-changing health and safety recommendations. Please do not hesitate to call our office if you have any concerns about your payroll or taxes.
The Federal and CA governments have temporarily extended the time to file and pay taxes to July 15th.
