Meet the C M & M Team
Get acquainted with the professional staff at Cunningham, Malone & Morton. Each member of the C M & M team is dedicated to serving you.
 Michael P. Cunningham, Enrolled Agent
Specializes in tax preparation, tax planning, representation, and tax court litigation. He is a member of the California Society of Enrolled Agents, National Association of Enrolled Agents and is a member of the U.S. Tax Court Bar.
Michael is licensed as a Professional Fiduciary by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Professional Fiduciaries Bureau.  Ronald E. Malone, Enrolled Agent, Semi-Retired Specializes in tax preparation, tax planning, bookkeeping and payroll. He is a member of the California Society of Enrolled Agents, National Association of Enrolled Agents, National Association of Tax Professionals, and the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. Ron is now semi-retired and operates "remotely" from his home in Rohnert Park. He works full-time during the "regular tax season" and part-time during the balance of the year. Jack Morton, Enrolled Agent, Emeritus
After a successful career in tax preparation as an Enrolled Agent, Jack retired in May, 2008.
Keith joined the firm in 2008 bringing over 25 years of business experience to the C M & M team of tax professionals. He is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the California Society of Enrolled Agents.
.jpg) Benjamin Ebert, Enrolled Agent Ben brings several years of experience with small business financing and accounting as well as financial planning. He has received his Enrolled Agent designation in 2011. Ben is building a strong relationship with his own clientel and assists in their tax preparation and bookkeeping needs.
Alexis Garoutte Alexis, better known as Lexy, comes to us through our intern program at Humboldt State University. She will be completing her studies at HSU in the Fall with a degree in finance. Lexy will begin her course work to become an Enrolled Agent. In the meantime, she will be assisting our tax professionals in tax preparation and a variety of accounting functions.
Tirzah Jabbour, Bookkeeping Manager
Tirzah brings over 10 years of experience as manager of our Bookkeeping Department. Her sunny disposition, friendly demeanor and passion for learning make her an asset to our organization. 
Sheri Tillett, Staff Bookkeeper
Sheri is a life-long resident of Humboldt County, having performed bookkeeping duties for over twenty years.
 Sharon Robinson, Payroll Administrator Sharon, a native of Eureka, joins our office with over 17 years of experience. She compliments our payroll department with a wealth of knowledge and professionalism. 
Gyann Malone, Semi-Retired
Gyann is now semi-retired having moved to Rohnert Park, CA with her husband, Ron, so that they can be closer to their family in Petaluma and their three-year old granddaughter. She works part-time remotely from their home.  Theresa Wheeler, Receptionist/Processor
Theresa is our receptionist and is responsible for the compiling and processing of our tax returns and electronic filings along with a myriad of other tasks to serve our valued clientele.
Maria Castillo, Office Assistant
Maria joins our dedicated staff as our front-office assistant bringing with her the dedication of serving our clients with a smile. A native of Mexico, she is a resident of Eureka since 1997 with her husband and two daughters. She became a U.S. citizen in 2010. She will assist as a receptionist and in compiling tax returns along with a variety of other office duties. |
