Michael P. Cunningham
Enrolled Agent
Specializes in tax preparation, tax planning, representation, and tax court litigation. He is a member of the California Society of Enrolled Agents, National Association of Enrolled Agents and is a member of the U.S. Tax Court Bar.
Ronald E. Malone
Enrolled Agent
Specializes in tax preparation, tax planning, bookkeeping and payroll. He is a member of the California Society of Enrolled Agents, National Association of Enrolled Agents, National Association of Tax Professionals, and the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
Jack Morton
Enrolled Agent, Emeritus
After a successful career in tax preparation as an Enrolled Agent, Jack retired in May, 2008.
Keith N. CrossleyCertified Public Accountant
Keith brings over 25 years of business experience to the C M & M team of tax professionals. He is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the California Society of Enrolled Agents.
Benjamin A. Ebert
Registered Tax Preparer
We welcome Ben as our newest member of the C M & M team, bringing several years of experience with small business finance and accounting. He is currently studying for his Enrolled Agent designation and will be assisting in tax preparation for our office as well as a variety of other duties.

Bookkeeping Manager
Tirzah brings over 10 years of experience as manager of our Bookkeeping Department. Her sunny disposition, friendly demeanor and passion for learning make her an asset to our organization.
Sheri Tillett
Staff Bookkeeper
Sheri is a life-long resident of Humboldt County, having performed bookkeeping duties for over twenty years.

Payroll Manager
As the manager of our Payroll Department, Anita's brings to the position several years of payroll administration.
Tami Welch
Payroll Assistant
Tami assists in the payroll processing needs of our valued clients. She is an integral member of our payroll department, always willing to be of help "with a smile".
Gyann Malone
Receptionist/Bookkeeper
Gyann looks forward to greeting our valued clients either personally or by phone. In addition to her general duties as one of our staff bookkeepers, she is always ready to lend a helping hand.
Theresa Wheeler
Receptionist/Processor
Theresa is our co-receptionist and is responsible for the compiling and processing of our tax returns and electronic filings along with a myriad of other tasts to serve our valued clientele.
